So today we will talk about a fruit that is very effective for bone and joint pain. Especially this fruit is very beneficial for old age i.e. age after 50-60 years.

Today we will talk about bone and joint pain. Nowadays, most of the people suffer from bone and joint pain. Now even at a very young age this problem is increasing.

So the name of the fruit we are talking about is banana. Currently, this fruit is available in the market in large quantities. A small banana contains a lot of calcium. In 50-60 years, when bone and joint pain occurs, this small banana can fulfill the deficiency of calcium. Two to three bananas should be eaten regularly in old age.

Ashwagandha and ginger powder

Take 40 grams of Ashwagandha powder, 20 grams of ginger powder and 40 grams of sugar powder. Mix these three evenly. Drinking this mixture mixed with two spoons of milk daily gives a lot of relief in joint pain.

Fenugreek seeds

The bitter part of fenugreek seeds gives great relief from pain. It is rich in anti-inflammatory properties, so taking a teaspoon of fenugreek powder with warm water every night before going to bed will help relieve gas problems along with pain.

Garlic and milk

Put two to three cloves of garlic in one and a half grams of milk. Boil this milk evenly and drink one glass every night during winter season. It relieves cold and flu muscles. According to Ayurveda garlic relieves joint pain and flatulence is also a cause of joint pain. So if you have any such problem then you can also drink garlic milk.

Milk with turmeric

Turmeric is also very useful in joint pain and inflammation caused by this pain. So, drinking a teaspoon of turmeric mixed with warm milk every night can relieve pain and swelling.

Castor oil and chemical decoction

Chemical decoction and castor oil are very good medicine for joint pain. This chemical decoction is available in the market in powder form. Take it and mix one teaspoon of this powder in 200 ml of water and boil it well. If fifty ml of water remains, remove it from the gas and filter it. Then add 20 ml castor oil to it. Drink this warm water every night. Due to this, joint pain will not be caused at all and gas and constipation will also be relieved.

Massage and shake

Take 20 grams of mustard oil in a pan and put eight to ten cloves of garlic in it. Let both heat on gas. Add a teaspoon of parsley, fenugreek seeds and ginger powder. In winter, massaging this oil on the joint in the morning sun provides relief from the pain.
