Where Sarangpur Hanuman Mandir resides, Shri Hanuman Ji Maharaj himself, famous by the name of Shri Kasht Bhanjan Dev, who removes everyone's suffering. Sitting in Sarangpur (Salangpur) of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, Kashta Bhanjan Hanuman ji rules here in the name of Maharajadhiraj.

The specialty of this Sarangpur Dham is that here the great saint Aishwarya Murti Gurudev Gopalan Swami of Swami Narayan Bhagwan has worshiped such a god to remove the sorrows, sufferings and diseases of the people here. Installed whose name is Kasht Bhanjan Hanuman (Sarangpur Hanuman) Ji Maharaj.

Sarangpur of Gujarat is a small village with a population of only three thousand, which is located at a distance of 82 km from Bhavnagar city of Gujarat and about 153 km from Ahmedabad, where bus service and private vehicles are easily available to reach.

Most of the people of Sarangpur are associated with the Swami Narayan sect, but the biggest attraction here is the grand temple of Kasht Bhanjan Dev. The son of Pawan fulfills all the wishes of his devotees by sitting on a beautiful throne made of 45 kg gold and 95 kg silver in the huge and grand pavilion of the beautiful temple decorated like a royal court. There is a crown of diamonds and jewels on his head and the mace kept nearby is also made of gold.

The specialty of this Sarangpur Hanuman Temple, about 170 years old, is that it was established by Param Pujya Shri Gopalanand Swamiji, a follower of Lord Shri Swami Narayan.

In this temple of Kasht Bhanjan Hanuman ji, there is a ritual of performing aarti twice. The first aarti takes place at 05:30 in the morning. Before the Aarti, the son of Pawan is removed for the night, then wearing new clothes, he is grandly decorated with gold ornaments and after this, this aarti of Hanuman Lala is completed amidst the recitation of Veda mantras and Hanuman Chalisa.

A Gaushala has been built near this temple where high breed cows are served as family members and the cow milk obtained from them is used to make offerings and food items in the temple.
